Bump In / Bump Out

Bump in is the process where vendors arrive at your event to set up their stalls, booths, or equipment. Evntle helps you manage this process with real-time tracking, site assignments, and time-slot scheduling.

Create bump-in windows in your event settings. Assign each vendor a specific time slot to stagger arrivals and avoid congestion. Vendors receive automated reminders with their assigned time and site number.

Bump out works the same way but in reverse. Set bump-out windows at the end of your event. Track which vendors have packed up and left, and flag any that haven’t vacated their sites.

Use the bump-in dashboard to see which vendors have arrived, which are set up, and which have bumped out — all in real time. Staff can mark arrivals on mobile devices at the gate.

When a vendor arrives, key staff members receive instant notifications. Set up alerts for late arrivals, early departures, or vendors that haven’t checked in by their scheduled time.
