Notifications

Evntle sends real-time notifications for: vendor arrivals and departures, incident reports and updates, pending vendor applications, payment confirmations and reminders, and system announcements.

Go to Settings > Notifications to customise which alerts you receive. Choose between in-app notifications, email, or both. You can set quiet hours to suppress non-critical alerts.

When a vendor arrives or bumps out, designated staff members are notified immediately. Critical incidents alert all on-duty staff. You can configure escalation paths for unacknowledged alerts.

Vendors automatically receive notifications about: their bump-in time and site assignment, payment due dates and receipts, event updates and announcements, and messages from event organisers.
