Evntle has three role levels: Admin — full access to all features and settings. Manager — can manage vendors, incidents, and daily operations. Staff — limited to assigned tasks and view-only access to reports.

Organisation owners can assign roles to any team member. You can also set granular permissions for specific features like financial data, vendor management, or site configuration.

Enable 2FA from your account settings for an extra layer of security. Use any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) to generate one-time codes.

Your organisation’s data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export all your data at any time. Vendor information is never shared with third parties without explicit consent.
